Openoffice.org files for Translation.

Hi Anjan,

              I've requested to get Oriya language registered on Pootle, but it will take some time. Till then we have to do it offline.
So i'm sending you some .po files to get started. Once you finish this send me back the translated files after that  i'll send you more.
For translation you can follow the attached gnome glossary . Let me know if you need anything.
