Rendering Issue with Oriya in kde based applications & proposal for Oriya GPOS.

Hi All,

While testing in fedora-11, fedora-12 & fedora-13 in our local (oriya) desktop I found some rendering issues
with KDE based applications like kwrite, lokalize, etc which needs to be solved as soon as possible.

Description of problem:
Conjunction characters do not appear correctly in KDE applications, like Kedit,
Kwrite, Lokalize, etc. while it gets rendered properly in GTK based applications like gedit.
(Please refer to the screen shot attached.)


Also font doesn't looks correctly in Kwrite. Bottom portion is not visible while creating conjunction.

Already i've reported this issue in upstream. 
Kindly give your valuable feedback, if anyone get across any type of issues regarding font and rendering.

Secondly, I couldn't find GPOS in Oriya (or_IN) Indic Font Features.
So prepared one for the same. Kindly verify this proposed Oriya_GPOS attached. And let me know what are the changes we need to do in this proposal to finalize it.
