Hi Arun,

First I would like to congratulate you for the new role as a Gnome Translator.
As per our phone conversation. I'm providing you the Gnome Files below to get started:

http://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/gnome-user-share/HEAD/po/or

http://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/libgweather/HEAD/po/or

http://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/hamster-applet/HEAD/po/or

You can work on these files and submit the Translated file in http://l10n.gnome.org/teams/or for varification and svn  commit.
For this you can follow the Gnome Glossary and New Inscript Layout which i'm sending you in attachment.
Call me if you need more help.

Regards
Manoj

Hi Arun,

Congratulation for your active participation in Gnome-Localization.
Your Translation will be reviewed very soon. You can proceed further in the same way.
And about the glossary: It is a good habit to keep adding words locally which
will help us at the time of glossary update & FUEL(Frequently Used Entries for Localization) evaluation.

Hi Gora Bhai / Subhransu,

Can you please add some comments on Arun's First Gnome-Translation and
the things he has to take care at the time of translation.

Thanks.
Manoj

Hi Manoj Bhai

Thanks for your help to get started on gnome l10n.
I have uploaded the po file for Hamster-Applet to http://l10n.gnome.org. Please review it.

I found an utf8 version of the glossary from http://oriya.sarovar.org/download/.
Can we keep this file under version control and go on adding new terms as we
progress with translation? This would reduce quite some effort and
help us maintain uniformity.

Regards
Arun
