The idea of smaller states in India has moved from imagination to speculation to possibility to probability to certainty in minds of serious decision makers. So it is just a matter of time for the fruition. So fasten your seat belt for the bumpy ride for the creation of new states and prepare to accept the reality to avoid unnecessary frustration in holding on to the status quo. Evolution is bound to happen whether you like it or not.
