Dear readers,
While discussing about AMWAY business, I have written the following from my own experience. So I thought to save you from AMWAY TRAP.
If any one differs - Let me know.
Please forward to all your friends as some point of time - he will definitely become an AMWAY victim.

AMWAY BUSINESS - This is not a business but a Cheat - How ?
How to Identify a AMWAY or their like business mane ?
1. In SAMS CLUB, Wal-Mart, Super Target, Best Buy or any food stores if any Indian introduced himself - most likely he is an AMWAY or their like person.
2. If he collects your contact number - he is 100% an AMWAY person
3. Expect a call from him with in a week time. Talk for some time and then ask "Would you like to have an additional income ?"
4. Most of the time they will visit with family so that you don't get a chance to speak rude words in case you are not convinced.
5. Once you say YES to step-3 and ask him about more details - they will never tell anything over phone. Rather they will take you so a seminar where Britt World Wide (Like RSS is to BJP, BWW to AMWAY) genius will be waiting for you to brainwash.
6. If you say "No"/"may be" - they will come to you and give you some CDs/Audio Cassettes of some successful AMWAY people. Once you listen - you will call them to know more and they want this.
7. The trap is ready and you will slowly fall in to their trap.
Why It is a Trap ?
Any average person (middle class) will use tooth paste, floor - cleaner, soaps, shampoos and he will have a monthly budget of say Rs. 500/-. They are the target of AMWAY people. They will make him AMWAY distributor and ask him to use AMWAY products instead of Colgate/Pepsodent/and other branded products. Reason: AMWAY products are good and he is getting at dealers price. But here is the catch. One AMWAY tooth paste is Rs. 100/- and similar colgate tooth paste will be Rs. 15/- . If you will ask why AMWAY ? He will tell you this is th eonly tooth paste which have got so & so approvals and all Hindustan Lever products are harmful for your tooth blah blah blah..
Similarly initial cost of Utensil cleaner liquid is around Rs. 300/- . You will be using a similar one for around Rs. 10/-, but they will force you to buy a Rs. 300/- to complete your personal obligation per month. If you will ask why I will spend Rs. 300/- ? Then they will say - this is concentrate and you can create many bottles like you currently use. This is best quality. blah.. blah..
SO just see how cleverly, they will swap your current branded products with AMWAY products.
I had no problem so far. I believed that AMWAY is an international product with "Highest Quality". Then one fine day,after I joined AMWAY - when my mentor trying to demonstrate/train me product quality and their usage- I insisted him to clean the white painted wooden door with the "AMWAY door cleaner" solution. He tried once and told me "Did you notice .. how clean it is ?". I said - I didn't see any change . Then he tried couple of times and failed to shine the door - then given up and admitted that that solution couldn't clean the door. As usual I asked - "If I am not convinced - how I can tell a person" and particularly those persons (my potential customers) will be my friends. He said - you have to avoid such demonstrations and in case insisted "Use Psychology" .. and he will say YES YES. SO far no one has asked me to test the performance of the product before me like you.
This was a setback for me as selling/offering a poor quality product to my friends will be "breaching their trust" and I just can't do that.
Then, another day he asked me to prepare a list of people I know. I prepared and proposed for a seminar at one particular time. He said - we will meet each of them one at a time. I said why ? If our product is good, business model is perfect as you are advocating - why you are afraid ? He said - "Manoj - Our business model is fixed and it asks us to tell one people at a time". Else some anti-AMWAY among them will spoil our effort.
This was sufficient for me to understand their whole business concept. Basically they want you to use their expensive product and stop the products you are using.
Sell the products with in your family & friends - who can't say "No" to you. Not only this also make them "AMWAY" persons.
In first month I bought around Rs. 2400/- product and one day my mentor came to me with Rs. 400/- products and said - your monthly target is Rs. 2800/- and if you don't buy you will lose commission (how much around Rs. 100/- or Rs. 200/-). He promptly collected Rs. 400/- from me same time. He forced me to buy the same and use - which otherwise I never would have bought.
Since that day - I have saved many friends from "AMWAY Trap" but couldn't save my brother Dr. Ajit Padhy, currently doing Post Graduation at Escorts Hospital , Faridabad. They convinced him that he can prescribe AMWAY herbal products/vitamins to his patients and their vitamins are best. They also taken him to BWW seminar and shown their dream world. When I tried to convince him they(AMWAY) are fraud people - he didn't believe me. By now he would have understood their game plan.
The day you will join AMWAY business - you will see all your friends/relatives as your business target and start explaining them the "McDonald" franchisee model and advantages of AMWAY. Knowingly you will hide the drawbacks of AMWAY business and push them to AMWAY world to suffer. My mentor even convinced the auto driver - whichever auto he rode. In Vegetable market - also he will ask for a small help to some one (acting) and get his telephone number after a friendly introduction. So your eye will become an "AMWAY eye" and you will be dreaming "Crores" by deceiving poor people.
The biggest question is - then How we see some great successful business persons in BWW seminars ?. All are biggest cheats and knowingly deceived their friends and relatives.
If you can become "Shameless" and don't hesitate to deceive people - go for it..

I don't know Manoj what is God or what is world, real or imaginary.
Imho, "knowing" whatever including hell and heaven we have to deal with
should be adequate for day today living and a little more may be.
Btw, what is wrong with AMWAY business (let's not get into the modelling
part here...by "business" I mean effort to make money including stealing
[chori-dhanDA])? Don't some in AMWAY make money?
