Murder of a lady constable in Orissa - Who is this culprit ? - Name him

I could able to get this piece of news and which is probably hiding the name of the

officer involved in this.

 

Can any one come with the name of the person involved in this crime. ? In case of hesitation,

just send me a personal mail and I will make the name public and expose him.

 

As a matter of principle we never disclose any of our source of information.

 

As a civilized citizen we must condemn this heinous crime and make sure that this high level officer must be sent to Jail.

 

Here is few other high level officials making mockery of our IPC.

 

I also take the opportunity to condemn the "Politician type action" of an IPS officer B.B.Mahanty, who is busy on finding legal loop holes and making mockery of Indian Penal code. As I said in an earlier post "The law of logic & common sense" is superior than any human written law.

 

When Mr. satyajit Mishra questioned whether the state election commissioner has the authority to arrest speaker - common sense says he is responsible and must be punished. He got caught red handed and still "Choraeki Paikapana" (oriya term).

There is nothing to debate. But if any one have any different opinion please come forward.

 

 

 

 

Women constables demand action against police officer

Rourkela: After the murder incident of lady constable Manorama of Kanpur
police station under Cuttack district and the abduction and murder of
sub-inspector Mamata Mohanty, the women constables working in the police
stations have drawn the attention of the higher authorities of the Police
Dept, Women Commission, Chief Minister and media against the alleged torture
by their seniors.These allegations of the women constables gain importance in
the wake of recent kidnapping and murder of Mamata and her relation Bijaya.
It is learnt from the allegations that a senior officer of the reserve police force has misbehaved with a lady constable several times .

He is forcibly keeping physical relationship with many lady constables. He has also
compelled many of his lady colleagues to maintain physical relationship with
him. When they deny, he used to harass them in their duty. Not only this,
sometimes he used to present false reports before higher authorities against
them. He allots duty of receiving phone calls to those who are maintaining
physical relationship with him asking others to perform traffic duty. It is
learnt when his wife and one of the SI come to know about this illicit
activities, infuriated over the issue, the said police officer went on a long
leave.The concerned officer had also transferred one of the relatives of a
lady constable and had took away her Kishan Bikaspatra worth Rs.150000, when
the lady constable refused to reciprocate his love.Since there is
coordination between the concerned officer and the authorities, the women
constables have requested that the matter should be investigated by the DIG
(Western). These women constable have kept their identity secret in order to
save their job and reputation and hence they have not signed in their
allegation paper. Though this allegation paper has not reached DIG Sunil Rai,
the latter has however, assured that he will take necessary action against
the concerned officer after getting the allegation paper. (02)

            A case has been reported about the alleged murder of a lady police constable by her paramour. In this case most of the witnesses have reportedly changed their stand.This case is important enough to disturb the conscience of sane people and the civil society should feel concerned about it. An alert society should see that there is no miscarriage of justice in this case.

            I would welcome a healthy and informed discussion on the matter so that the perpetrator of the crime is punished.
