Want suggestion on Javascript library

Hello everybody,

Can anyone suggest me about which javascript library I should
use? However I know Mochikit to some extent. Now I want to develop my
skill in javascript library like Jquery, Dojo or Prototype. But I dont
know for which library I should go, sothat it will helpfull in future.

Moreover I am a web developer using opensource language like Python
and framework as Turbogears.

Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
