RAD Solutions Private Limited is a niche software application
development company using modern free and open source frameworks and
tools. Our activities include assessing current software setup of an
organization, suggesting the right system till development, deployment
and training. We are among a few in the world with core focus on
modern free and open source ERPs and rapid application development
frameworks like OpenERP, OpenObject and TurboGears on dynamically
typed languages like Python. More about us can be found at

We are currently in need of a FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT whose job will be
to

- Understanding the products we practice such as OpenERP (http://
www.openerp.com)
- Briefing and giving demo about our products to the customer
- Understanding customer requirements and doing GAP analysis
- Documenting and detailing customer requirements to the software
development team
- Managing customer communications and expectations
- Testing the products to ensure that customer's requirements are met

We are looking for guys with the following qualities

- Passionate to learn and dig into business applications
- Analytical ability
- Rapid learner by reading books, online material, experimenting etc.
- Good English comprehension
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Have sound career visions
- Knowledge and experience on accounting and other business processes

QUALIFICATION

- Any Graduate

EXPERIENCE

- Preferably experienced in accounts or any commercial job
- Conversant in computer usage ans business applications

SALARY

Starting salary will depends on the knowledge and experience of the
candidate. Salary will be revised periodically purely based on the
output of the candidate and will be the best in the industry.
