I've been working on cleaning up the repository. Meaning, I've been
putting files in the directory for which they're meant.

This means there's a lot of renaming going on.

One thing which might or might not be a point of discussion is what will
happen to the kern directory.

Since the files in this directory really are the code that define
Andromeda, I feel like it should have that name.

There's only one issue here. The name andromeda, with a small A, has
already been given to the binary image of the kernel, leaving us with
the choice to either change the name of the directory with something
like a capital A (Andromeda) or to change the name of the binary.

I'd like your comments on this.

Since there's also a lot of renaming going on, I'd like you to pull my
changes (they're in the bemk branch), to prevent any merge conflicts.
