A reminder that art expert Natalie Knight will deliver a talk at Origins Centre next Tuesday evening, as part of the Mandela@94 exhibition.
The talk, entitled 'The Fruits of the Long Walk to Freedom', examines the Mandela legacy as portrayed by artists whose work is featured in the exhibition. Knight questions how much of the euphoria that followed democracy in 1994 remains.
The talk will be held in The Gallery at Origins Centre, on the site of the exhibition.
Date: Tuesday 10 July 2012
Time: 18h00 for 18h30
Cost: R45/R35 Wits students and Wits staff
