GREETINGS:
Thank you, Brother Neville. Good morning, friends.
[What a Good Morning it was, as the herald messenger arrived packing a fresh message from God! Just like Gabriel flying down to Mary and greeting her, "Hail Mary," so was the message of that bright blissful day, had only the people eyes to see! It was indeed such a blessed morning, a spiritual breakthrough, as the forerunner arrived with that bright light, to point to the elect the final victory in love divine. Message revealing the past, showing clearly how the enemy had been slipping through and spoiling the human race, and pointing clearly to the only weapon that can withstand his craftiness. A message casting so bright a light on the religious past, present and future, and showing the elect the path leading to the final triumph against the antichrists. No wonder, it was a Good Morning! And I repeat again to you this hour, "Good Morning Friends!"
Oh, yes, the message was a light that was forerunning the coming day, the breaking day, for the forerunner is the morning star. The sun, the sun of righteousness, was just beneath the horizon. So, the Morning arrives with Good News, the News announcing the soon breaking of Day. A cloudless Day:
And he shall be as the light of the morning, when the sun riseth, even a morning without clouds; as the tender grass springing out of the earth by clear shining after rain. 2Samuel 23:4
Who is that? The Day Star! The one whose light makes a day! The seven stars shines in the night, for that is when stars can be seen, and they are for signs. But the sun rising brings on a day! Hallelujah! Branham was the forerunner of the morning without clouds; a blissful day, a day without clouds! And here is He whose ministry scatters all darkness from your heart:
But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. Mal 4:2
Malachi 4:5-6 foreruns Malachi 4:2! Malachi always presents two messengers, the herald and the one who is heralded. The herald is the morning star, and of course the morning begins just before sunrise, about 5.00am. For the scriptures speaks of four night watches: the evening watch [6.00pm - 10.00pm], the midnight watch [11.00pm - 1.00pm], the cockcrowing watch [2.00pm - 4.00pm], and the morning watch [5.00pm - 7.00pm]. The apostolic times, the dark ages, the Protestant reformation times, and the Pentecostal/Branham times respectively.
Thus, the forerunners ministry wanes into the ministry of the one whom he prepares the one for. John's ministry waned off as Jesus' ministry picked up. Of course, the sun's light causes the waning away of the morning stars light! The light of the message of the forerunner wanes as the light of the message of Christ waxes! So, was it after John, and so is it after Branham! Blessed are those who have eyes to see these things. None of the seven stars could make a day for you. It is the light from the face of Jesus that makes the day of the Lord, a day without clouds! There it is!
And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. Matthew 17:2 There is the great day star, the sun of righteousness, whose coming brings on the day break! Glory to God! Oh, hallelujah! You can't fail to see that, if you have eyes, of course. For light only means anything for those who have eyes.
And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength. Rev 1:16 There is the sun of righteousness to arise after Branham, after the morning star, after the seventh star -- the messenger of messengers! Religious teachers only see seven messengers in that scripture, but they fail to see the messenger whose face shines, not as a star, but as the sun! The light of stars only mean anything during the night, so are the messages of the seven stars. But when the sun of righteousness arises, all other lights are put out!
And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: Rev 10:1 Oh, what a messenger! The message He proclaims was not even written in the Bible! Why? He is the message! He is the Word! How could He, being the begotten Son of God, be written with ink and paper! There he arrives after the seventh angels ministry and scatters all the night away!
When the day is dark before you,
And the clouds are hanging low,
There is One who watches o’er you,
Everywhere that you may go.
Jesus is the one, yes, He’s the only one,
Let Him have His way until the day is done;
When He speaks, you know the clouds will have to go,
Just because He loves you so.
2.O if you are sad and lonely,
Life is but an empty tomb,
Breathe a prayer to Jesus only,
He will drive away the gloom.
3. When you come to cross the river,
He will be your Friend and guide;
You can live with Him forever,
Over on the other side.
Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound. Isaiah 30:26 The moon symbolizes the Church; now here is a church whose light is like the sun! How? Because her messenger's light is seven times the sun! There is the Bride and the Bridegroom!
Yes, it was indeed a Good Morning Message when Branham arrived with that message that morning, just pulsating in his heart back and forth... and finally announced: The Spoken Word is the Original Seed! Oh, what a title! Just reading that title alone left a never ceasing impact in my heart. The Spoken Word, not the written Word, but the Spoken Word, Spoken by those seven consecutive voices of thunder, it is He who is the Original Seed. The One born out of those seven thunders. The One who arrives from the secret place of thunder, even the bosom of the Father, it is He who is the Spoken Word! Praise the Lord! And in Him is life, eternal life, and the same is the light of men...the light of day, a cloudless day... a morning without clouds after the rains, with tender grass everywhere, soft and clean!
Hallelujah! Oh, yes... Good Morning Friends!
Why? What makes the morning good? It is the light thereof! What is that light? The Gospel light, the glorious Gospel light from the face of Jesus! Glory to God!
For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 2Cor 4:6 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth! Isa 52:7 The feet of one who comes, one mightier than me, one loaded with the richest melodies that eternity has, making His face shine above the sun, even seven times the sun! Oh, what a Gospel trumpet He sounds!
In other words, I bring you Good News today, for one mightier than I comes behind me, whose light brings you the morning without clouds... so, Good Morning to you! I bring you great News, that the sun of righteousness is arising with healing in His wings, to bind up the breach of His people and to heal the wound inflicted upon their souls by the serpent. Thus, Good Morning Friends!
Please I want you to answer the special greetings to you this morning! From the bottom of your hearts answer the greetings, if you are one of the friends to whom these charming, entrancing greetings were sent. Respond!
Oh, how charming is the voice loaded with grace! What? Good Morning Friends!
Why Friends?
Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. Joh 15:15 Hallelujah! Good Morning Friends! A man does not hide anything from his friend; he shares all his heart with his friend, if he is a friend indeed. He pours all his heart out to his friend. And just like Abraham who was a friend of God, and God could not hide anything from him! And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do...
So, the friend of the Bridegroom arrived that fine morning, breaking forth in Jeffersonville, packing a message from the Bridegroom, that He is on the way coming, to bring on a morning without clouds, so he greeted his fellow friends, extending the hand of friendship to them, conveying the same friendship which he enjoyed being an Abraham spelled Branham... So, with deep tones of love he said, Good Morning Friends! People unto whom God was so much friendly to them that He had sent a message to reveal the great secrets of what had gone by, what was going on then, and what was to fall. So, from the heart of his messenger preparing the way before him, He said, Good Morning Friends!
For he was announcing tidings of great things loaded with peace, that the Good Morning indeed was on his heels behind him. So, if those who heard such greetings rejoiced in the burning light of the forerunner, which light wanes away as the bright sun begins to beam his light across the sky, then how much more is it Good Morning to you unto whom the very sun has now risen! So, say I again to you, this day, to all the friends of the Spoken Word that has appeared among you: Good Morning Friends!
What a message stocked high with strong rich meals that can last you through a whole generation! No other sermon moved my heart like the two sermons preached that day. Oh, as I read that message book, I was fully absorbed away, sinking deeper and deeper into the bosom of the Word, until I forgot all about myself, about what I was doing, and where I was. You know, I was looking after cattle, grazing in the plains in-between two rivers. I sat under the shade of some shrubs and started reading the book... hours passed on without the least notice. Oh, finally, I woke up from the book, and from its rich contents and could not tell where the cattle had gone! I ran all over the place looking for them. Finally, I found them in some's field of vegetables. They had eaten a small part of it. I finally confessed it to him.
Hearing the voice of the friend of the Bridegroom, yes, my very friend, addressing me about His love, how could help but fall in love with every word from his lips, as it were a honeycomb, full and tripping. What was the forerunner's voice to me? Good Morning Friend! And my heart was hollering back, "Good Morning Friends to you my friend indeed!
INTRODUCTION
I have been in much prayer this week, and I would not even get through if I had not cut about a quarter or a third away of what I wish to say.
I had the privilege, a few moments ago, of talking to an old man and woman, Brother and Sister Kidd, who have been very faithful down through the years. They stopped a few moments ago. I told them to come by; I wanted to see them a minute; and what a privilege it was to talk to old people that had been preaching the Gospel when I was yet a baby! And the glorious old Gospel gets better all the time as we near the end of the road.
The Glorious Gospel gets better or brighter all the time; for it is the path of the just, even the sun of righteousness! As the morning begins to dawn, the horizon gets brighter and brighter till the eye-lids of the morning beams across the sky. So, what was making the morning good? the glorious old Gospel The Spoken Word, the Original Seed from the beginning. And you know what? The Alpha is becoming Omega all the time. But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. Pro 4:18 Brighter and brighter until a perfect day spreads before him, even the day of the Lord.
PRAYER
Now, let us just bow our heads a moment for a word of prayer.
Our heavenly Father, You said in Your Word: “If I be lifted up from the earth I will draw all men unto Me.” And, that is our purpose in life, is to lift up before a dying generation of people, that Jesus Christ is still the Son of God, the Saviour of the world. And I am so happy to know that I live where there are people who believe that, and along with the thousands that have accepted Him as their Saviour.
And knowing that after this life is finished, there will be a Life on the other Side that will be so glorious that these toils and few hours that we are passing through in these shades and shadows of life here are in the testing ground, and that we are merely entering into the orbit now, waiting for the countdown, for soon there will come a time that when God’s time is fulfilled. The great arm, that has held back the time so long, will finally let go, and His Church will move off from this earth in space out yonder into a Land where there will be no sickness, sorrow, old age, death. That is why we are gathered today, Ishi, is to express our feeling about these things.
We are so glad to know that this is not just bringing the people together for something vain; it has been proven the greatest Reality the world has ever known, that the Son of God is not dead, Who made the promises, but is alive among us forevermore. And we are so happy this morning, Ishi, above all things, for though we owned the world and could be young for hundreds of years to enjoy it, but it would only be a season compared with what is the time that is laid up for those who love Him. So we are trying to point our brother and sister to this great hour that is approaching us. And as we see that time coming, Ishi, our hearts burn. We want to make ready.
And one by one we go down the lane. We just got through burying one from our midst. Our Sister Bell, going so quick (according to her request), that we could not get to her to pray with her, but it was her request; how good You are to provide all the things that we desire in our hearts. You leave none of them. You promised it.
Now, we pray that You will bring those hearts who do not understand You to understand today. Bring sinners to repentance; bring sick people to the healing knowledge of God. O God, bless Your saints and bind their hearts together. And as these tapes goes out to the cities and the churches all out through the nations around the world, may ministering brethren who have maybe once misunderstood understand now that Thy Church might be prepared.
And now, O Lord, Who separated me from my mother, Who has fed me all the days of my life and has brought me to this hour, by Thy grace, feeling it was Thy Will that I should explain to the people why that I have acted the way I have done; may it be in such a way that people will have a better understanding, Ishi, of the peculiarity of Thy servant.
Grant these things, Father, these Scriptures and a text and words that we have written here through the week, praying and studying. May they fall on good ground everywhere they are heard, a ground that can hold them and nourish them, and then all praise shall be given to Thee, for we ask it in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
