Dearest OC,
Sorry for the last email it was addressed for the Chair of the event.
About the new updates, as I told you at our skype meeting, Our event is to be postponed to the 10th of November.
This decision was made after talking to our LCP, so we are going to start our promotion once I arrange things with Zaidoon and Nezar, Naji Please tell once you receive anything from Zaidoon, call me to go online, because I wont be after sending this email.
You will receive a shared doc that contains the companies to be approached vie phone calls TOMORROW, and you have to update it after each call, whether they have answered, didn't, whether you set a meeting or not.
Another sheet will be shared called (Tracking sheet), to track our performance till the end of our work period (9th of Nov) in order to be updated with each and every thing, but most likely I will share it tomorrow, I have exam to study you know =)
Saja you can approach Ayoub when ever you want, for anything.
Tomorrow you will be informed with the timing of our meeting in Tuesday insha-Allah, But I want to meet you Mohammed tomorrow at 2pm if you can, we must discuss financial/logistic issues.
Do not hesitate to ask me for any thing, I am here for you.
