Dear OC team,

Hope my email reaches you in great shape.


My email will contain three subjects as it shown above.

Tasks:

-* OC team:*  Please re-call the companies you've contacted whether through
sending them *(concept sheet)* or sitting (*business meetings*) with them.

Monday will be the day to start with these phone calls, we must proceed
with the ER work, each meeting will be attended by the account manager and
Saja as OCVP ER.


-* Mohammed:* Please, print* 500 copies* from the flyers to be distributed
through our promotion and presentations, *Tickets* and *5 copies from the
offline application form*, these things *must be ready before Tuesday.*



*Application:*

Mohammed you will find and attachment for the application, Thanks Saja, I edited two categories to it.





*Promotion:*

Offline promotion: This will take two forms, booth and presentation
through freshmen lectures, I will send you the timing and the material of
the presentations, it will start at Tuesday.


Online promotion:

1- I took the approval from Zaidoon to change the group into page, so Naji,
delete the group and create a page, Comm team you are the admins of it
in addition to me and Zaidoon, we are only to monitor the process and *you
are the ones who will handle the promotion process.*

2- Promotion will be through* daily posts in our page and external pages*,
Naji will inform you Comm team with the process of online promotion, lets
start with it ASA the page is done.

3- Online posters
