Please write down the details of each call you make so I can track the expenses

write down the Duration and the cost for each minute in this way

     (3:16 Umniah-Zain 0.05/minute)

  

This way we can track both processes: performance-by having a proof that we are doing our work and cost of operation- by tracking the cost at each step.

I have edited the file to include also notes by other members so if you have any concerns or suggestions that you might have for the account manager

PS: account manager here is the member responsible for the account.

You can write Land line or other network because the cost is the same 
Just make sure you write the cost of minutes and the duration in a way I can understand it
