I hope you're having the time of your lives in this vacation

As our LCVP of Finance has sent the email concerning the claim-sheets and we are supposed to be writing our expenses that occurred in this month.

1.If you made a phone call please write the purpose of the phone call and other details  (eg: OC call with **company name** for 2:33 minutes with cost of .05 per minute) and the cost of the call in the amount column will be (as if 2 and half minutes will cost 2.5x 0.05 =0.125 )

2.If you went to a meeting please write down the cost of printing the proposal, and the cost for the transportation

**Please make sure to provide the receipt for the printing cost, and prepaid phone-credit receipts.
