Dear Team,
Today I had an EB meeting and we discussed the fees for the event, considering the fact that we might have loss, we have decided to have 1jd or 2 jds as attendees fees for the event, what do you think?

QUESTION:
1) When you sad we'll have a loss, did we draw that conclusion based on the financial budget (taking risks into consideration) we had set? Or is this just the EB freaking out and making last-minute changes?
2) Did the EB or anyone make at least a financial draft of any kind that shows taking fees would resolve the supposed "loss"?
Let's not make random decisions, last-minute creeps are the most awful thing we could ever face.
