Hope my e-mail reaches you in your greatest shape.

I want each and every one of you to Reply this email, in order to know that all of you read it and understood it.

Notes will be distributed for each one of you under his Name, please read them carefully.


Mohammed:

- All the printing stuff ( Flyers/Tickets) must be ready by tomorrow.
- Approach logistics for Both launch and coffee breaks.
- Approach companies for delegates packages.
- Re-call the companies you have approached for financial support whether you send them an email or had a business meeting with them or even postponed it after Eid's vacation. (ER Wise).


Naji, Derar and Anood:

- Online promotion must start by tomorrow.
- Welcoming note must be ready by Thursday.
- Re-call the companies you have approached for financial support whether you send them an email or had a business meeting with them or even postponed it after Eid's vacation. (ER Wise).


Anood:

-Re-call the bank to set a meeting with them.

Saja:
