OrientDB is under sunset - long live YouTrackDB

Good day, colleagues.

Let me re-introduce myself. I am the author of the OrientDB storage engine.

Many of you were dedicated supporters of the OrientDB project, and like me, you were frustrated by SAP's decision to move the project into the sunset stage. This decision raises questions about the future possibility of using OrientDB in production.

I am glad to announce that the YouTrack team is working on a binary-compatible fork of OrientDB, YouTrackDB https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/articles/YTDB-A-3/Short-term-roadmap.
