Thank you for you email regarding you inquiry into about opening a store in our Valley Fair mall in San Jose.  I work closely with Kurt on this center.  To help us better identify a space we had the following questions that will provide assistance. 

1 – How long of a lease term are you looking for?

2 – What is the concept and price point of your product and what type of items would you be selling?

3 – Do you have any stores that are currently open and operating at this time? If so can you send us any pictures?

4 – Do you have experience working in a shopping center environment?

5 – Do you have a business plan or pictures/renderings of what your store would look like?

6 – Depending on the term, how much capital would you spend in building out the space?
