Bonds not breaking

Title says it all. Found Organic builder recently, enjoyed it, but had trouble with bonds only breaking occasionally. I tried it with the latest version today and at best bond breaking was finicky. This made small challenges like Break (9) frustrating and anything with a membrane impossible.

The few times bonds did break, it would freeze and only start again after being paused and unpaused. After that, sometimes the bond would break as expected.
