All-

I just got off the phone with Terry.  Given the off and on rain, and the fact that we are about as ready as we are going to be, we are putting up setting up stakes and tape to protect the Mall Walk until 8:15 tomorrow (Saturday) morning.  We will gather on the porch of the Social Library and go from there.
