Volunteers at Charlie Waterbury's Service

Good afternoon.

As you are no doubt aware, Charlie Waterbury will be buried in Orford on Saturday.  1000s of firefighters and others are expected to attend, so town will be very, very busy.

I am looking for volunteers to help with parking at Community Field and the school, to show visitors to the locker rooms and around that part of school, handing out water, general assistance, etc., etc., etc.  If you can help, please let me know ASAP.  We will be briefed after the planning meeting on Thursday.

Addenda:

As you can imagine, planning is moving quickly.

Volunteers will be needed at 9:00am.  Some folks will plan to go to the service, of course.  We can make that happen.

I will need a few to remain behind to help with late arrivals.  We are done by 11:30.
