Also I want to inform you that the most corrupt block
of Sonepur is the Sonepur block, where only 20 % of
the funds utilized & 80 % funds goes to the pocket of
corrupt departmental authorities. Sonepur
district's Dunguripali block which is my area,
in this block a Gram- Pancayat SAHALA. In this Sahala
panchayat a road worked name village TUNIAMUNDA to
village GADHAPALI under the NREGA scheme, the
villagers of Tuniamunda (most of the villagers of this
village belong to the card holders of NREGA or Job
card) complained to the Colector Sonepur, BDO
Dunguripali several times that; the mud work
TUNIAMUNDA to GADHAPALI worked through machine
(Tractors, trucks) and the labors wear not getting
work. But the authorities didn't hear their
voice till the work completed. Then the labors inform
to us (MASS) about the matter and said that the
Executive Officer (E.O) of Sahala gram pancayat had
been taken their Job cards since three months and not
returning (giving back) it to him. Also the labors
said that they haven't received their worked
cost of ten days they have worked.
       We know that the work was working departmentally by
the Executive Officer ( E.O) but in fact the work was
working by GP secretary privately with Sarpanch. At
first they call some job cardholders to work in it @
Rs. 40/- day, after nine or ten days when the labors
ask the GP secretary (contractor) for money then the
contractor said them don't come to work and
after that time the contractor used machinery till the
work completed instead of job cardholders labors for
whom the funds belongs.
Some other cases similarly to the above case we are
mentioning hear for your kind knowledge: - All from
Dunguripali Block.

                                   + Additional cost Rs. 3,00, 000.00
                                  Total project cost Rs. 8,00,000.00
2.      Bhimtikira GP: GUNIA to KULTHUPALI Road work
estimate cost Rs. 6,00,000.00
3.      Bhimtikira GP: GUNIA to BHOIPALI Road work estimate
cost   Rs. 6,00,000.00
4.      Bhimtikira GP: KULTHUPALI to BHOIPALI Road work
estim cost Rs. 6,00,000.00

So many cases are need investigation.
