whether attending the conference or not and it can be a traditional
static map or web map.  Just needs to have been created using open
data *or* open source software.  Submissions will be published in an
online gallery and throughout the conference getting you some great
exposure.  Oh and there's awards for a variety of categories.  Best
anti-map anyone?
