Call for Abstracts Closing in 2 weeks!

The XV International Conference on Walking and Liveable Communities is

in Sydney in October 2014

Submit an abstract, online in the next 2 weeks

and

Join us to celebrate how far we have walked in the last 15 years!

As the global conversation about vibrant cities, sustainable transport, public health and people-centred public places continues to gather pace - never has it been more important to think about, talk about and celebrate walking as the foundation of future successful societies.

With the population in the Asian-Pacific region increasing and urbanising, our cities need to get density right, support walking with good infrastructure and provide great community spaces to weave the fabric of society.

Come and share the latest ideas, research and innovations

that are underpinning the renewed focus on walking

Stay and explore the great city of Sydney and surrounds!

Submit your abstract for the conference online here.

Submissions will close on 14 March 2014
