BAC Meeting 6/25/08

Hi All, 

The Burma Action Committee will be having it's next meeting this Wednesday, June 25th.  I am sending this announcement to the full Oregon Burma List because Maung Pain and Jimmy will be there to talk about the Burma Refugee Committee's event for August 8th, in case anyone who doesn't normally come to the meetings would like to get involved to help with this particular event.  August 8th is the 20th anniversary of the 8-8-88 uprising in Burma, so it is an important day!  The details for the meeting are: 

Date: Wednesday, June 25th

Time: 7pm - 8pm

Location: 929 SW Salmon St. #201

This is at my apartment, located at the corner of SW 10th and SW Salmon St., downtown near the art museum.  You will need to dial #201 at the front door to get buzzed in.  If you have any questions, feel free to call me: 503-224-9911.
