This petition is to have the national judicial committee take under consideration the new floor fee being assessed for the 2012 convention. ($94)
The reasoning of the petition is contained within.
I personally endorse bringing this issue before the national judicial committee as I believe that this is an unlawful and undue burden upon our delegation.
