A reminder about the upcoming convention and some friendly hints.

I just wanted to write everyone to remind you, that if you have not RSVP-ed or have not bought your meal yet for the convention, please do so on our meetup group.

This weekend I will be putting together a proposed agenda and design the convention packets.

If you are interested in proposing any bylaw amendments, feel free to get them to me before the end of the weekend if you want printed copies of them to appear in the packet and on the official agenda that will be proposed. You always have the right to raise proposals from the floor, but it is best as a courtesy to give notice when you can and have pre-printed materials.

There will also be a session for resolutions. If you want to propose any priorities or give the board any general orders for the next 2 years, please have those proposals ready.

Above all, have fun and network. If you have business cards bring them.
