I took the liberty of stating already that OPP endorses this.

HB 3262 CARRIED OVER FROM THE 3/31/2015 AGENDA: Requires Oregon transparency website to contain biennial budget of each state agency for advertising purposes and annual expenditures by agency for advertising purposes.

HB 3273 CARRIED OVER FROM THE 3/31/2015 AGENDA: Imposes one-year moratorium on adoption, amendment or repeal of any administrative rule that has fiscal impact on public of $50,000 or more.

Ludicrous.  Eviscerates nearly all consumer protection, environmental protection rules.
