Oregonians for Tax Fairness opposes SB 330, which would give a 100% tax credit to landlords who forgive rent during the pandemic.
This would cost hundreds of millions of dollars and would be hard to monitor for fraud.
I support direct aid to tenants, not to landlords.

Also, there is lots of testimony on the Oregon Legislature website indicating massive relief for tenants is already underway and is part of the new Biden coronavirus recovery bill. See

Funds allocated for rent assistance in Oregon since the pandemic
and
moratoriums began in April 2020:
1. May E Board meeting: $9 million (distributed in Fall 2020)
2. Fall: First federal stimulus package: About $75 million
(distributed by 12/31/2020)
3. December 21: Third special session, using state General Funds:
$200 million (with $150M in the Landlord Compensation Fund)
(currently being distributed)
4. Late December: Last Trump Administration stimulus package: $283
million (not yet available to be distributed; US Treasury still
working on the rules)
5. Anticipated Biden Administration stimulus package: $300 million
(anticipated to be made available in May 2021)
Grand total: At least $867 million.
And the Oregon Chamber of Commerce supports the bill.
Agreed.
