‎1) Refer and reread my initial post message and also note the following emphasis -" Need Partners with 'qualified' Bank accounts to receive & disburse funds, also to participate in the cost of Logistics and contingencies".

‎I was very clear and specific on my request, has astute and tightship business person. I won't be requesting any PP (Partnership Participation) if I can afford all on my own the cost of logistics and contingencies.
‎The bottom-line is the cost of logistics and contingencies, of which the Bankers involved and the in-between expertise take upfront their fees under the table.

‎2) Could you advise on your capacity of PP (Partnership Participation) for $228K or $114K, so as to guide me on the negotiation with you on the 40+10 (50%).
‎
‎40+10 is to me negotiated between myself and one solid tangible Partner (or at the most two Partners).
‎
‎If 27.5% + 5.5% (or 2.5%) don't meet your expectation, then what precise % do you envisage?
