DC Cooperative Housing Coaltion

OCHN Organizing Committee:

We lived in the Potomac Plaza Apartments Cooperative (PPAC) when we lived in DC (near the Watergate complex, which are also co-ops and on leased land). PPAC belonged to the DC Cooperative Housing Coalition (coopsdc.org) and served on its governing board. We should consider both it and its website as possible models for OCHN. They are a helpful resource with several publications that we could adapt.
