Hi Sam,

There is an organizing meeting tonight; it’s not a general meeting, it’s for the organizing committee, but in the spirit of cooperation, you’re welcome to join. Calendar appt attached.

Otherwise, one of the agenda items for tonight is to schedule the next general meeting, for folks beyond the organizing committee.

Garlynn and ALL others on the Organizing Committee--plus Sam,

Thanks for using Google Meets so that CC will be available. I'd like to request that ALL who are coming OPEN CLOSED CAPTIONS (CC) as well. This is so that you can see how your speech is perceived by Google's AI, which is one of the best.

You will do better if you ENUNCIATE, use an external mic and use front lighting. If you don't have an external mic, get close to your computer's mic.

Liz Getty is copied because she endorsed my idea for the survey.
