Results: C# - Algorithm: AccountForEfficiencies()

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the delay, but I have finally merged all the submission into the Orc library for you to have a look at. (You can sync your repos with master on https://github.com/Orcomp/Orcomp)

vWorker being bought over by Freelancer really messed things up.

I have also included an attachment with some pictures, as well as the NPerfRunner (The password on the zip file is "orcomp"). If you want to run the performance test on your machine, double click on the NPerf/NPerfRunner/NPerfRunner.exe (rename the extension) and then select the performance fixture, which is located in NPerf/Nperf.Fixture.IAccountForEfficiencies.dll  and then select NPerf/Orc.submissions.dll for the test assembly.

From my observation the leader board is:

1) Quicks01lver

2 -3) vrstks and thcristo (as a tie)

I will finalise this competition in a week to give you time to check the results, and place any objections if you have any.

I will award an instant $20 bonus if you are able to find an error in the leading code, and provide a failing unit test for it.
