To help us support you in your adoption and communication of your project, we are collecting some information about your plans. 

Please respond to this survey by Friday, 24 July 2015. Only one response is needed per organization. NOTE: if you have already sent us your plans, you do not need to fill in the survey.

 

If we do not receive a response from your organization, we will assume that your plans have changed, and you no longer are interested in being a part of the Peer Review Early Adopter program.
