Any PeopleSoft uers to create ID by API?

Has anyone here created ORCID IDs and stored them in PeopleSoft?

After user registers at ORCID site and clicks Authorize, do you redirect them back to PeopleSoft? I wonder whether there is any security concern in having PeopleSoft communicating to ORCID.

If we create a page outside PeopleSoft to connect to ORCID, how can we synchronize the created ID back to PeopleSoft?
