Trouble revoking token

Hello,

I'm having some trouble trying to revoke user token following documetation:
https://info.orcid.org/ufaqs/how-can-i-revoke-tokens/

In my call to oauth/revoke I provide client_id, client_secret and token to be revoked (no refresh token).
Server responds 200 OK indicating the token was successfully revoked,
but the trusted organization still appears in users profile.

I found similar problem here: https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/issues/9088

Problem occurs in a testing enviroment using sandbox.orcid.org
Could you please help me resolve the problem?
