TLS 1.0 and 1.1 support ending from today

As part of our continual work to ensure the trust and integrity of the ORCID registry we are removing support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 at 3.00pm UTC today as previously advised. This will affect our public API, member API and OAuth services.

Services that encounter handshake failures from today will need to upgrade to a more modern security protocol.
