[ORCID API]Update exist ORCID's work problem

Hi,

 I'd try to update a exist ORCID iD which is our employee, when trying to insert a new work to that ,

 it return follow message. I'd make sure we use the corrlect product key and url, how to solve it ?

Hi,

To add a new work to a claimed ORCID record you need to get the user's permission to post the work using the OAuth process. Before a record is claimed, the institution that created it has ownership of that record and can make changes to it using the same access token as was used to create the record without asking the owners permission.  But, as soon as a record is claimed the ownership of the record transfers to the researcher and anyone who wants to post to that record must go through the OAuth process just like if the researcher has created the record themselves.  Let me know if you have more questions about claiming and record ownership.
