Server capacity for Member API

Dear all,

It has come to out attention that there is a small but increasing number of request time outs on the ORCID Member API. This is due to consistently high load on the system, so we are currently building additional server capacity.

We aim to bring new capacity online on Monday, Februrary 15. In the meantime, please accept my apologies for the incovencience and let us know if you see any unexpected issues.

Just to confirm that the new server capacity was brought online yesterday as planned, and so the Member API should be performing better now. Please do let us know if you see any issues at all on the Member API.
