bug in orcid-conversion-lib with 2021 data dump?

Hi! 

Do you know if the orcid-conversion-lib conversion utility (https://github.com/ORCID/orcid-conversion-lib) still works on the 2021 dump? I'm running

java -jar orcid-conversion-lib-3.0.7-full.jar -t -i 30999482 -o 30999482.json.tar.gz

and getting the error messsage

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: file name 'ORCID_2021_10_activities_1/021/0000-0001-6869-2021/research-resources/0000-0001-6869-2021_research-resources_1769.json' is too long

It does work on the summaries XML file.

Thoughts about a fix or workaround?  Thanks!
