Draft Ltr to BMC-Water meter Bill payment

Dear Garain,

As per the request of Mr Prsad I have gone through the water bill payment details and drafted a letter to BMC. See the attachment and found ok send the letter to BMC, and send a xerox copy of the receipted letter to me so that any followup work can be takenup.
