I appreciate your feedback. I hope it happens soon. It is not about it
getting stuck with someone or somewhere. Its about capacity to perform
and attitude towards it. Bottom line is that we must be able to move
ahead. Something that should have happened 3 years back, we are since
at infancy.
Regarding the RTI papers, we have a couple of people who are working
with BMC. Would you like to approach them and see if they could be of
any help. I believe that no one is just going to come forward unless
we specifically ask for help. Since you are involved with it for a
while, you may continue to lead the iniative and co-ordinate with the
Advocate
