The 14th Managing Committee meeting is to be held on October 14, 2008.
If you wish to suggest any agenda for discussion in the next managing
committee, pl forward the same to this email ID or to the Secretary in
writing.

Hello Mr Garain,
We have not yet received the circular for this meeting- especially
since it's a working day- can you let us know the timing of the meeting.
I would propose the following to be added in the agenda:
1) Issue of share certificate to the builder- status and issues
outstanding.
2) The MC needs to form a sub committee (with legal experts) who can
work on the conveyance/legal notice to be sent to be builder and the
court case against him.
3) Monthly income/expenditure publishing to the members on the society
notice boards (long outstanding with the MC).

The meeting is scheduled at 8.30 pm. The notice is with the Secretary.
You may receive it this evening.
The Income 7 Expense statement will go to the notice board as soon as
we receive from the accountant. He has been asked to prepare the same.
Hope to receive by this week end. We will also put up the minute sof
the last MC meeting as soon as it is approved in the next MC meeting.
Other two items are on the agenda.
