Does it work for windows or can I get zip to download.

I don't know svn and I haven't worked on framework yet.

I would like to know does it works for the windows. can I get the zip
to download please

Before stable release, there is no zip file available to download. But
you can checkout the nightly build version from svn repository anytime
from subversion. Please get used to svn.

I will try to use that but basically I am a windows user and and I find out for svn but its only for apache and I am using IIS
