In Need of Mentor Checklist

Hey Team,

I'm developing a Mentor Handbook and am wanting to include a kind of
"Mentor Checklist." Something that both helps the Mentor frame their
peer-to-peer relationship, as well as provides some context for the
Program Coordinator's one-on-one meetings with each Mentor. I'm
wondering if any of you have developed something along these lines? Or
have any tips for developing this kind of tool?

While we're at it, have any of you developed Mentor Handbooks and if
so, have tips for creating one? So far my Table of Contents include:
