How to export Cadence Capture Lite circuit designs

Hi all, I hope I've got the correct forum, apologise if not, I'm trying to export a circuit I have created in Capture CIS Lite, on the PC I've created the circuit (Mixed Analogue Simulation) I can simulate the circuit and obtain Time Domain and Frequency Domain analysis, but I would like to be able to share the circuit with a colleague, so he can perform some analysis too, however, I can't seem to find any way to export my circuit, I thought there would be a way to package the circuit design I have created to export to another user, but I must be missing something, or else exporting circuit designs is not an option in Capture CIS Lite
