Layout 9.2.3 Postprocessing setings

I use Layout 9.2.3. The PCB manufacturer requires an outline layer for the board outline.
When using the Obstacle Tool, I draw the outline on the Global layer. However, I cannot add this layer to the postprocessing settings.
Similarly, if I define my own outline layer, I cannot add it to the postprocessing. When I choose NEW in postprocessing settings, I always add some of the layers that were already there, probably the last viewed or edited.
Can you help me, please ?
