Printing Issue

[QuikAdjuster]

Version 9.1 erratic printing of layers. I select the one layer only (rest I leave as UNUSED) layer and set it up for PRINT MANAGER FOR THAT LAYER...Spreadsheet show PRINT MANAGER. I then go to Auto Post Processing and the layer does preview. I then click ok for the printer that been doing it for years. only 1 in 10 attempts do I get a print out. I have restarted the Spooler...no luck. Set up for is correct stuff (1 to 1, Portrait, etc, Print?/plot selected, etc). Printer works for  with other programs. Kinda confusing whats going on.

Running on XP machine...speed is fine even compared to toady's machine for these 2 program on Orcad.

I found the problem....the PLot/Print to file ws checked UGH
