help...about RLE load

i simulated this circuit (half wave rle load) in orcad 9.2 when i traced it the Irms of R2 is about 14.3 A in software....but in the power electronic of Hart  Irms is equal to 3.98 A. where is my mistake why they are diffrent?..(circuit attached)   in orcad   simulation type is transient...0 to 16.67ms and maximum step size is 10us.........please help me to know where is the mistake
